From Mita Norifusa, the creator of the exam-cramming sensation *Dragon Zakura*, comes a new academic drama that trades test scores for ticker symbols. Zaizen Takashi enters the prestigious Dojuku Gakuen as the top scorer of his entrance class—a 130-year-old institution renowned as Japan’s pinnacle of secondary education. But the day after his triumphant arrival, he discovers that the school’s true legacy lies far beyond its textbooks. Unbeknownst to most students, Dojuku Gakuen operates a secret Investment Club, composed exclusively of the highest-performing pupil from each of the six grade levels. Their mission is as formidable as it is clandestine: manage a colossal initial capital of 300 billion yen and achieve a mandatory annual return of eight percent. This relentless financial obligation is the sole reason the academy can offer tuition-free schooling to all its attendees, maintaining its elite status through market prowess rather than mere academic rigor. For Zaizen, this revelation marks the beginning of a high-stakes coming-of-age story. Called to wield the "ultimate thrill game" of money and investments, the young prodigy must navigate volatile markets, complex strategies, and the immense pressure of his new responsibilities. With his entire youth wagered on the pursuit of profit, Zaizen embarks on a perilous education where every decision builds or breaks his fortune—and his future.
