Sohei's dreams of becoming a professional boxer are put to the test when he seriously injures an opponent, forcing him to quit the sport. Ten years later, after a string of failed jobs and relationships, his friend Chika convinces him to return to boxing. However, Sohei finds himself struggling to keep up with the younger boxers at the gym, and his situation becomes even more complicated when he realizes that his friend Chika has been harboring romantic feelings for him for years.
