Five Viscera Thunder: You Call Me a Fake Taoist?

With the resurgence of spiritual energy, demons and monsters run wild across the land. Buddhism flourishes while Daoism withers into obscurity. Lin Jinian, heir to a crumbling Taoist temple, unexpectedly obtains the Incense Path Scripture—a mystical text that grants him supreme divine abilities for every demon he vanquishes and every reputation he earns. His very first reward is the Five Viscera Thunder Art, enabling him to summon lightning from his palms and purge all evil with overwhelming force. When a group of prank streamers provoke him, he unleashes thunderous devastation that reduces their setup to rubble and leaves the entire internet in tears. When eminent Buddhist monks attempt to suppress him, he speaks true Daoist incantations that manifest divine power beyond their comprehension. And when the calamity of a thousand night-wandering ghosts descends upon the world, he stands alone with a single sword, cutting through eternity itself. "I, Lin Jinian, descend this mountain today for only three things: exorcise demons, exorcise demons, and exorcise demons!" What was once an abandoned temple deep in the mountains becomes Qingyun Temple—a sacred Daoist sanctuary worshipped by millions across the web. When a reporter asks, "Master, we heard you can soar through the skies?" Lin Jinian replies with a straight face: "Rumors. That's just an anomaly in the Earth's gravity... Sword flight, rise!"
