There is no dilemma quite as painful for a true food lover as this one: the more delicious the meal, the heavier the guilt that follows. Such is the struggle of a devoted eater locked in an endless internal debate—desperate for another taste of something wonderful, yet terrified of what every indulgence might do to their figure. The desire to eat and the fear of gaining weight pull in opposite directions, turning each mealtime into a quiet battle between appetite and anxiety. Simply giving up favorite foods is unthinkable, and skipping meals is no real answer. Every tempting dish arrives bundled with the same nagging question: can I really afford this? Just as resignation threatens to take hold, a spark of inspiration changes everything. If eating leads to gaining weight, then the solution is obvious—burn off exactly as much as you take in. Armed with that simple, slightly absurd philosophy, the protagonist resolves to exercise as much as they eat, earning every bite through honest sweat and determination. What unfolds is a lighthearted, deeply relatable story of big appetites, stubborn willpower, and the never-ending arithmetic between calories consumed and calories conquered.
