Sasayaku no wa Sono Yubi

An ordinary day at school changes everything for Hatsuki. After he is injured on campus, help arrives from the most unexpected Tatsuyuki, the dazzling star whose popularity makes him the undisputed idol of the entire school. For Hatsuki, a gay young man who has always kept his feelings hidden, this single moment of kindness quietly blossoms into something far deeper — a secret, hopeless love for the one boy everyone adores. Unfortunately, his feelings remain entirely one-sided. Watakabe shows no interest in Hatsuki whatsoever, and the distance between the school's shining idol and his invisible admirer seems impossible to bridge. That is, until the day Hatsuki uncovers the truth lurking behind a chilling remark Watakabe once made: "I killed my little brother." With that single revelation, everything Hatsuki thought he knew about the boy he loves is thrown into question. Behind the perfect image of the school's beloved idol lies a secret far darker and heavier than Hatsuki ever anticipated, and his innocent crush is suddenly pulled into its shadow. What began as an unrequited romance now carries a weight neither boy can escape — a story of love, guilt, and the burden of unspoken truths.
