Skeleton Double

Just outside Tokyo's bustling Shinjuku Station, a man meets an inexplicable death—no answers, no explanations, only questions that will haunt his family for years to come. Eight years pass, and his son, Yodomi Arakawa, has carefully built a calm, ordinary existence far removed from the shadow of that unsolved tragedy. Yodomi's hard-won peace shatters the day he crosses paths with a man no one else can perceive—a being utterly invisible. This impossible encounter drags him back toward the mystery he has spent nearly a decade trying to bury, forcing him to confront the circumstances surrounding his father's final moments once more. Yet the truth will not come cheap. To learn what really happened just outside Shinjuku Station, Yodomi must abandon the visible, comfortable world he knows and become invisible himself. Trading the safety of his quiet life for a perilous search for answers, he steps into an existence hidden within the everyday city, where the only path to exposing his father's fate may lie in vanishing from sight entirely.
