Xu Bo'an, a middle-aged construction engineer, finds his life upended after a divorce. In an unexpected twist of fate, he awakens as the tiny mountain god of a miniature landscape—a potted mountain-and-water display sitting on his own office desk. To his astonishment, the human inhabitants of this miniature world are no bigger than sunflower seeds. Yet the laws of this realm are simple: one loaf of bread can feed an entire village.
