Saikyou Party no Zatsuyou-gakari ~Ossan wa, Muriyari Kyuuka wo Torasaretayou desu~

Coutad has spent years as the indispensable support staff for the strongest party in the realm—a group whose flawless success rate and legendary exploits are known across every corner of the continent. But when his comrades abruptly order him to take a mandatory month-long vacation, he finds himself exiled to a secluded hot spring inn, tasked with the simple mission of doing absolutely nothing. The reason is clear: his relentless, hyper-competent presence has begun to overshadow the very heroes he serves, and the party fears his unyielding efficiency will dim their own achievements. Yet for a man whose entire existence has been defined by work, rest is a foreign concept. No sooner has Coutad arrived at the tranquil inn than his innate compulsion for labor resurfaces. Whether he is instinctively dismantling a local monster threat with clinical precision or reorganizing the inn's administrative records with impossible speed, his so-called "relaxation" rapidly devolves into yet another feverish campaign of productivity. The peaceful mountain retreat becomes the stage for a one-man office war, as Coutad struggles to reconcile his commanding nature with the absurd prospect of idleness. Surrounded by baffled inn staff and exasperated fellow guests, he faces his greatest challenge yet: to prove he can truly take a break, even if every fiber of his being is screaming for a task to complete.
