Reikan no Mattaku nai Danjo ni Toritsuku Danjo no Rei no Manga

Bound to a man and a woman who share the same extraordinary deficit, two restless spirits find themselves trapped in the most maddening of afterlives. For these ghosts—accustomed to sowing fear, delivering cryptic warnings, or simply craving acknowledgment—their new charges are the ultimate paradox: human beings entirely devoid of supernatural perception. No chill down the spine, no flicker in the corner of an eye, no inexplicable shiver in a warm room. The man navigates his daily commute blissfully unaware of the specter riding shotgun in his car, while the woman goes about her routines, her personal phantom frantically gesturing just beyond her peripheral vision, wholly unseen. What unfolds is a delightfully absurd haunting turned inward, where the invisible pursuers are the ones perpetually frustrated and the pursued remain gloriously, infuriatingly ignorant. The spirits’ elaborate schemes—rattling objects, manipulating shadows, staging dramatic midnight manifestations—are met with nothing but mundane explanations, dismissed as drafts, creaky floors, or simple fatigue. Yet in their shared invisibility, the two ghosts find an unlikely camaraderie, bickering over tactics and commiserating over their spectacular irrelevance. As their hapless targets continue their blissfully normal lives, the phantoms are forced to confront a chilling question: if a ghost terrorizes a person who cannot perceive it, does it even haunt at all?
