Bocchi the Rock!

Hitori Gotou is a high school student whose everyday life is defined by profound shyness. While her classmates form friendships with ease, Hitori drifts through her days in isolation, unable to find the courage to reach out to others—she has never made a single friend. Yet beneath her withdrawn exterior lies a genuine aspiration. Dreaming of one day performing in a band, she has begun learning to play the guitar, devoting herself to the instrument in the hope that music might eventually carry her toward the stage she longs for. Everything changes when she crosses paths with Nijika Ijichi, a young drummer searching for a new guitarist to join her band. For the first time, Hitori is offered a real chance at the band life she has only ever imagined—but seizing that opportunity will mean confronting the very social fears that have always held her back.
