Juushin Liger

The year is 199X. The northern city of Kushiro, Hokkaido, is reduced to a warzone when three colossal entities known as Dragonites descend from the sky. Wielding overwhelming destructive power, they lay waste to everything in their path, their primary objective far more sinister than mere conquest—they have come to shatter the ancient holy seal that has held the evil deity Jashin Drago prisoner for two centuries. With the seal broken, Drago and his co-conspirator, Empress Zara, are unleashed upon a defenseless Earth, commanding a terrifying army of biomechanical war-beasts. Even the full might of the Japan Self-Defense Forces proves utterly futile against the Dragonites' onslaught, leaving the city's inhabitants with nothing but the desperate instinct to flee. Among the terrified masses scrambling for safety is Ken Taiga, a meek and unremarkable sixteen-year-old boy whose only concern is survival. Yet, in the heart of the chaos, a shocking revelation pierces his panic: he is the direct descendant of the holy Liger warrior who originally imprisoned Drago. As the Dragonites close in and his pent-up frustration boils over into a burst of anger, the dormant Liger birthmark on his body blazes to life. Instinctively raising his palm skyward, Ken cries out the ancient transformation command, "LIGER!" In an instant, he is swathed in a demonic, long-haired suit of biomechanical armor, his very form reshaped into the legendary Jushin Liger. Now carrying the weight of his ancestor's legacy, the once-milquetoast teen must harness this newfound power and stand against the demonic forces that threaten to devour the world.
