Masuraou

In a small town near Osaka, an ancient tradition endures. For centuries, the local men have competed in the "Grand Ceremony of Masuraou," battling with nothing but their courage and fists to claim the title of the town’s king. It is into this volatile atmosphere that Takeshi Yamato, a high school student from Tokyo, arrives. A former gang leader harboring a remarkable secret, Takeshi is determined to leave his past behind and reinvent himself as a respectable member of society. However, with his secret at risk of exposure, constant brawls, romantic entanglements, and chaotic interactions with his new friends, his dream of becoming a model student remains elusive.
