Yami Kakusei Shite Shujinkou ni Bokosareru Kamaseinu ni Hyoui Shita ga Gensaku to Chigaisugite Tomadotteru

Zenon Restinata is the kind of villain audiences love to watch lose. In the original anime, this villainous noble is nothing more than a hopeless underdog, destined to be utterly trounced by the story's hero. But when a devoted fan of the series opens their eyes inside Zenon's body, everything changes. The world surrounding them is unmistakably the anime they know so well—and now they're trapped wearing the face of its most pitiful loser. Testing their new circumstances the only way a true enthusiast would, they try their hand at magic—and are instantly hooked. What should have been a humiliating existence becomes exhilarating instead, as the pure joy of casting spells sweeps away any dread of the grim fate awaiting Zenon in the scripted story. With the original plot's disappointing conclusion looming on the horizon, the narrator makes up their mind: this time, Zenon will not end up beaten down. Thus begins the do-over life of a devoted magic maniac, rewriting a villain's pathetic destiny one spell at a time.
