Honzuki no Gekokujou: Ferdinand no Yakata ni Te

Set against the backdrop of Part 3, this spin-off draws back the curtain on the Ehrenfest temple, where Ferdinand presides as High Priest. To the world at large, he is an untouchable figure of composure and authority, yet three individuals are privileged to stand at his side: Eckhart, his steadfast knight; Justus, his capable civil official; and Lasfam, his trusted personal attendant. These are the few souls Ferdinand allows into his confidence, and each has sworn absolute loyalty to their enigmatic master. Whenever circumstance permits, the three gather to pool every piece of intelligence and observation concerning Ferdinand and the affairs swirling around him. Seen through their devoted eyes, familiar events from the main story take on new dimension, revealing the hidden labor, sharp wits, and secret feelings that these men normally keep concealed. Their meetings are far more than exchanges of information—they are a window into the true nature of those who serve in the shadows. Told from the perspectives of Ferdinand's three loyalists, this series delivers an exquisite bibliophile fantasy brimming with behind-the-scenes intrigue. For anyone enchanted by the world of Bookworm, these tales promise to make that beloved world shine all the brighter.
