Bleach: The Honey Dish Rhapsody

Determined to express her affection for her older brother, Rukia Kuchiki sets out to prepare a batch of handmade sweets for Byakuya. Her plans take an unexpected turn, however, when Renji lets slip that her brother has a fondness for spicy cuisine. Undeterred, Rukia distributes the confections to others and resolves on a bolder gesture: recreating the fiery curry she came to love during her stay at Ichigo's home. To bring this idea to life, she enlists Ichigo's help in the kitchen, and together they set to work on a curry potent enough to satisfy Byakuya's reputed tastes. Yet before Rukia can present her creation, Captain Unohana steps in. Recognizing that such a punishing dish would wreak havoc on Byakuya's digestion, she halts Rukia's efforts and instead instructs her to prepare something gentler on his stomach. Taking the lesson to heart, Rukia ultimately settles on a soothing bowl of rice porridge. The humble dish proves to be the perfect choice—Byakuya, moved by his sister's thoughtful persistence, receives the meal with genuine pleasure, and Rukia's heartfelt efforts are finally rewarded.
