Omae ni Dake wa Oboretakunai

Aoi is a beta who has spent his life in the shadow of Shiki, an alpha whose natural charisma and sharp intellect have always commanded the world around him. While the world sees a brilliant young CEO, Aoi sees a childhood friend whose perfection is a daily reminder of his own inadequacies. This quiet, gnawing inferiority complex has built an invisible wall between them, and Aoi has long since convinced himself that Shiki's tender affection is something he is unworthy of receiving. He accepts his place on the periphery, unwilling to bridge the gap that his own heart has constructed. Yet, fate seems to have other plans. Without any clear reason, Aoi's body begins to betray his carefully maintained distance, surging with an inexplicable, tingling heat that persists for days on end. It is a physical reaction that defies his logic and shatters his restraint, pushing him into unfamiliar territory. Now, as Shiki’s beloved childhood friend turned Senior Director, Aoi finds himself tangled in a web of confusion and desire, forced to confront the feelings he has long suppressed. Together, the two must navigate an Omegaverse world that seems intent on forcing them together, challenging their positions, their bonds, and a destiny that refuses to let Aoi keep his distance.
