Hajin, an orphan raised in North Korea from a young age, was among the children dispatched to the South as part of a covert operation designed to infiltrate the upper tiers of society and secure positions of influence. Selected for this mission, he crossed the border carrying a singular conviction: to avoid being a tool for others, one must instead wield power over them from above. Refusing to remain a pawn of the Northern regime, Hajin resolved to forge his own path. With his younger sister torn from him, he sets out to reclaim her—and in doing so, methodically dismantles and absorbs the criminal organizations of both North and South, one after another.
