You Must Be This Tall to Propose!

Chitose Oki has been hopelessly in love with his next-door neighbor, Tomo, for as long as he can remember—but his stature keeps getting in the way. When they were children, the girl of his dreams casually remarked that she wouldn't marry him until he got taller, and earnest young Chitose took those words completely to heart. Now grown, it's no longer just about inches; a series of awkward mix-ups and crossed signals continues to prevent them from truly connecting. Unbeknownst to either, their feelings are fully mutual—yet for two people so deeply smitten, summoning the courage to admit it proves to be the greatest challenge of all.
