Tengu no Daidokoro

On, a teenager from New York, discovers he is a descendant of the tengu. Bound by ancient tradition, he must spend a year in seclusion in Japan with his older brother, Motoi Izuna, after turning fourteen. On initially finds the experience underwhelming; rather than wielding formidable supernatural abilities, his brother leads a humble life centered on farming and cooking. However, On’s perspective shifts when he uncovers Motoi’s hidden wings. As he settles into this unexpected slow life, guided by his skilled culinary sibling who happens to be a tengu, On begins to wonder if he too will awaken latent powers of his own.
