Dual na Kanojo no Taoshikata

Shindou Yuuichi's high school life gets off to an unbelievable start—on his very first day, he somehow ends up with a girlfriend. What should be a dream come true, however, quickly becomes a source of unease. The girl confessing to him is none other than someone from his painful past: a middle school classmate who once subjected him to relentless bullying. Yuuichi cannot begin to fathom her sudden change of heart. Why would the very person who made his middle school days miserable decide she likes him now? Is her affection genuine, or is something else hiding behind her smile? Left without answers, he finds himself caught between cautious hope and old wounds, stumbling through a romance built on a foundation of bad history. Then, the very next day, everything shifts again. The girl standing before him seems nothing like the person he met yesterday—her entire presence suggests someone altogether different. He can't be imagining it... can he? Torn between two starkly contrasting versions of the same girl, Yuuichi must work out which side of her is real—and what she truly wants from him.
