For Riku, dogs come before absolutely everything else. Boyfriends? Delicious food? None of it can compete with her overwhelming devotion to canines. While those around her chase after romance and snacks, Riku's heart belongs entirely to the four-legged companions she adores, and she wouldn't trade that passion for anything in the world. As if guided by fate, the most popular boy at her school turns out to be someone Riku simply cannot ignore. Not only does his name happen to contain the word "dog," but he also owns not one, not two, but three large dogs of his very own. For a girl whose entire world revolves around these beloved animals, an encounter with him—and his furry trio—is an opportunity too good to pass up. Between a dog-obsessed girl and the popular classmate whose very name seems tailor-made for her heart, could something deeper than a shared love of canines take root? In a story overflowing with wagging tails and tender moments, love may just find a way to bloom.
