New Order of the Port City: Nanyang Hegemony

Having solidified his hold over Macau, Fang Shengxian leads his hardened team on a seaward expedition into the Nanyang theater—an exclusive domain locked down and monopolized by elite global capital for decades. To cross into these waters is to walk into certain death: shipping lanes sealed, supplies severed, armed forces mobilized for encirclement, and financial markets rigged against them. Their rivals wield absolute dominance, layering relentless offensives in a bid to trap these outsider Chinese merchants on a barren island with no escape. With no patrons, no foundation, and no path back, Shengxian and his crew turn that desolate island into their base, biding their time and overturning the odds at every turn. They shatter monopolies by rallying local support, counter underground chaos through strict compliance, and withstand industrial behemoths with shrewd capital tactics—fighting through sea-borne stalemates, life-or-death gambles, and two-front pacification campaigns to turn the tide decisively. From a lone entrant stepping into a hopeless abyss to a sea-zone sovereign who wipes out regional fiefdoms, ends capital-driven exploitation, and redraws the commercial landscape of Nanyang, this band of Chinese merchants charges across the waves—grounding their rise in real industry and expanding their frontiers with sheer iron will—writing a legendary Nanyang saga of climbing from nothing to claim supremacy over the seas.
