Three years have passed since a boy who had seldom set foot in class bombed a schoolroom. Now, the seven survivors of that attack have reconvened in that same room. One of them, Takumi Shindou, reveals that one of those present is the very person who supplied the bomb to the original culprit. With that declaration, the hunt for the accomplice begins. Meanwhile, a female student arrives at a private high school in Tokyo. "All of you will die with me," she announces, a bomb strapped firmly to her body. This incident becomes yet another link in a growing chain of terrorism perpetrated by bullied students, spreading dread through classrooms across the nation.
