In the future, where all transportation is controlled by advanced AI systems, the lives of ordinary citizens rely on the efficiency of these machines. However, when AI-controlled vehicles inevitably malfunction or lose control, the public's safety is put at risk. Enter three high school students who possess non-AI controlled cars, each a unique and powerful vehicle: Subaru's WRX, the Super 7, and the Lotus. With their exceptional driving skills and trusty vehicles, they form a team known as the "éX-Driver" to protect the public and restore order in a world where technology has become increasingly unreliable.
