Ryu Kangmin is a member of Batala, a vast and formidable assassin syndicate from which no one can ever escape. One day, however, he is offered a rare opportunity—a special assignment that promises freedom in exchange for success. His task is to eliminate a target in South Korea. Driven by the hope of liberation, Kangmin returns to his homeland. Before tackling the primary objective, he first dispatches a traitor within the organization, treating it as a preliminary warm-up. Having concluded that brief and effortless opener, he at last turns his focus to the true mission at hand.
