Summary

Official Details
The fourth story arc of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure saga opens in 1999, when Jotaro Kujo travels to the Japanese town of Morioh with two objectives in mind: to meet Josuke Higashikata, his illegitimate uncle, and to investigate a potentially dangerous Stand user. He accomplishes the first goal mere minutes after arriving, discovering that Josuke is not only a high school student considerably younger than himself, but also possesses a Stand of his own known as Crazy Diamond. Not long after their meeting, the pair makes a startling discovery: someone has been using a supernatural bow and arrow to create new Stand users throughout Morioh. Once Josuke witnesses the threat this poses, he resolves to protect his town and halt the spread of these deadly Stand users. Among the newly empowered individuals, he encounters both allies and enemies, and comes to understand just how profoundly a person's interests and ambitions are reflected in their Stand—and whether that power brings virtue or causes harm. As the investigation continues, the two begin to unearth Morioh's shocking history, drawing hidden dangers and a mystery from years past to the surface.
