The Laid-Off Cheat-Granting Mage Enjoys a Second Lease on Life

Rein is an enchanter whose magic specializes in enhancing weapons and armor. Despite his valuable support abilities, he is dismissed from his guild simply because there is nothing left for him to enchant; every piece of equipment they own has already been improved. Rather than accept defeat, Rein takes matters into his own hands by recalling every enchantment he ever placed on his former companions' gear, reclaiming all the accumulated bonus points for himself. Now endowed with significant power but lacking quality equipment, he must make do with plain clothes and a copper sword as he embarks on an extraordinary journey that begins from the most humble of origins.
