Otodama

Kaname Otonashi, once known as the "Ears of the Police," possesses an extraordinary auditory ability that is both a gift and a burden: he can hear the voices of the dead. His former police partner, Hide, now works as a private investigator whose detective skills are perfectly matched by Kaname’s unique talent. Together, they navigate a city teeming with sound, but the constant sonic chaos threatens to overwhelm Kaname’s sanity even as it aids their investigations. In this high-stakes battle against hardened criminals, the acoustical analysis expert and the cash-strapped P.I. must race to stop a serial killer before another victim falls. Amidst a world consumed by noise, Kaname must find the inner stillness required to decipher the whispers of the deceased and uncover the truth hidden within their final words.
