Natsume Arata no Kekkon

Arata Natsume has built his life around other people's children. As a caseworker at a child guidance center, he devotes himself to looking after society's most vulnerable, yet his own existence remains quietly uneventful—a bachelor in his thirties, at ease with his solitude and with no intention of ever marrying. It is a predictable, orderly routine, and he expects nothing to disturb it. Then one day, everything changes. Takuto, a young boy under Natsume's care, comes to him with a request that shatters that calm: he wants to meet the criminal who took his father's life. The man in question is no ordinary offender—he is Shinju Shinagawa, the notorious serial killer whispered about as the "Shinagawa Pierrot." Confronted with the plea of a grieving child, Natsume finds himself drawn toward a reckoning he never could have imagined. Torn between his duty as a guardian and the danger of approaching a murderer, he steps into a story far darker and stranger than anything his quiet life has prepared him for.
