Kyoukai no Kanata

This dark fantasy centers on Akihito Kanbara, a second-year high school student. Although he appears to be an ordinary human, Akihito is in fact half youmu, and his body's ability to heal almost instantly leaves him immune to wounds. His life takes a turn when he encounters Mirai Kuriyama, a first-year student, on the school rooftop in what seems to be an attempt to jump. Mirai has been shunned by others because of her power to manipulate blood, an ability so rare that it sets her apart even among those of the spirit world. After Akihito comes to her rescue, a series of unsettling events begins to unfold.
