How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend

Tomoya Aki is a high school otaku who works part-time to fund his ever-growing collection of Blu-ray discs. By a stroke of remarkable luck, he literally runs headfirst into Megumi Kato, the most beautiful girl he has ever laid eyes on. This chance encounter inevitably sends his life spiraling into a complicated tangle of relationships. There is Eriri Spencer Sawamura, his half-foreign childhood friend who has always treasured her bond with him, and Kasumigaoka Utaha, a cool, composed literary prodigy who keeps everyone at arm's length except for the protagonist. Is this the setup for an eroge? What unfolds is the journey of a small group—not quite a proper doujin circle, yet not exactly an indie studio either—as they navigate the unforgiving terrain of Comiket and beyond.
