Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata

Tomoya Aki is a dedicated high school otaku who works part-time solely to fund his relentless habit of collecting Blu-ray discs. His ordinary life takes an unexpected turn when, through sheer coincidence, he crosses paths with Megumi Kato—a girl so breathtakingly beautiful that she leaves an indelible impression on him. This single, chance encounter sets off a chain reaction, pulling Tomoya into a complicated web of relationships that feels remarkably like the opening scene of a romance game. Soon, his world becomes crowded with striking personalities. There is Eriri Spencer Sawamura, his half-Japanese childhood friend who has always deeply cherished their bond, and Utaha Kasumigaoka, a stoic literary prodigy who pushes everyone away except for Tomoya himself. Together, this unlikely group forms a small creative circle that exists somewhere between an amateur doujin group and a professional indie studio. Their ultimate goal is to navigate the fiercely competitive landscape of Comiket and beyond, transforming a seemingly fictional setup into a genuine struggle to bring their shared vision to life.
