Hishoshitsu no Himitsu

At the Nagaoka General Detective Agency, bankruptcy looms as young Nori struggles to keep his father's business afloat despite his complete lack of investigative experience. His greatest headache is the agency's only detective—the lazy, lecherous ex-cop Aoi—whose antics are matched only by the pair's halting romantic progress, as they remain unable to consummate their newfound love. Complicating matters, Aoi's childhood friend and rival, Miyasako Yukari, floods them with troublesome jobs, the agency's sole steady income, while Yukari's own office hides its own secrets. Usami, the secretary manager for Yukari's YM Company, is constantly forced to witness his director's immoral and perverted behavior with the staff. Though Usami respects Yukari professionally, he cannot fathom this side of his boss—nor can he understand his own growing feelings for the man. As Yukari continues his promiscuous ways, Usami swallows his jealousy and suppresses his dominant desires, unsure if Yukari is merely teasing him or offering something more. Elsewhere, other tangled relationships simmer. New PE teacher Iwata Daichi's first day at school takes a shocking turn when he catches fellow teacher Yoshizawa in a compromising situation with a student. Meanwhile, corporate colleagues Kamio and Akagi—same age, same hiring class—have always been rivals, with Akagi consistently outshining Kamio. When Akagi requests Kamio as his assistant, Kamio suspects mere bullying, but Akagi's confession of his true reasons may upend everything Kamio thought he knew.
