Game of Thrones: The Black Dragon King

A House of the Dragon fanfiction. Politics is the trembling scale that weighs interests; good and evil are the tossed coin that decides the hard choice. Once weighed, there is no pure right or wrong. Once thrown, there is no turning back. Those who enter the game pave the road with their bones, while the onlookers watch with cold eyes. Beneath the shadow of dragon wings, I am the game of thrones. — The Black Dragon King: Raed Cerys. Armed with a medieval troop-summoning system, Raed conquers his way from Essos, marries into House Targaryen, and co-rules a federated Seven Kingdoms. He plays at power, craves grand exploits, drives his armies relentlessly, chases fame and fortune, schemes with cold calculation, never swallows an insult, cannot rein in his temper, and has no moral scruples... PS: No one in this book is good. If they seem good, it is only because their interests happen to align.
