I, the Genius Trader!

Reborn into 2013, Xie Jingming begins his stock-trading diary with a bang. Day one: he opens an account, declaring himself the Chinese Buffett. Day two: he throws himself into chasing rallies and cutting losses, piling into heavy positions with reckless abandon. By day three, profits seem so easy that he wonders why everyone isn't rich. Day four takes him to the U.S. markets, where he seeks enlightenment in a legendary trading retreat. Then comes day five—a force from hell awakens, and the market turns vicious. On day six, he realizes he is not just a player but a pawn in someone else’s grand scheme. Day seven: only one letter remains—I. What does it stand for? Identity, isolation, or the ultimate irony of a trader who thought he had mastered the game?
