Kyosuke Murata spends his days as a typical third-year student at Kita High, sharing a modest home with his mother and navigating the mundane rhythms of school life. But beneath that ordinary surface burns a fiercely combative spirit—rash, stubbornly single-minded, and quick to meet any provocation head-on. The quiet peace he knows, however, is built upon a buried truth that refuses to stay hidden: his biological father was Shozo Murata, the iron-fisted patriarch of the powerful Murata syndicate. That bloodline becomes his inescapable curse when the simmering hostility between the Kanazawa-based Murata organization and the rival Matsuyama-Date faction erupts into open gang warfare. By heritage alone, Kyosuke is violently dragged into a brutal power struggle he never asked for, transforming him into both a coveted pawn and a prime target. His reckless valor and utter refusal to back down—whether in matters of romance or in life-or-death street brawls—make him an unpredictable wild card, one that could easily tip the balance of power and attract the lethal attention of hardened criminals on all sides. With his mother's safety hanging in the balance and the city's underworld closing in around him, Kyosuke must forge his own brutal path through a maze of loyalty, treachery, and violence. His tumultuous youth ignites with an intensity that will forever alter his destiny—a raw, unflinching saga that stands as a hallmark of Motomiya's hard-edged dramatic storytelling.
