Damekko Doubutsu

In the forest, a community of "useless animals" has formed, consisting of creatures that don't live up to their species' typical characteristics. Uruno, a wolf who is considered useless, meets Chiiko, a clumsy cheetah girl, and is smitten. Despite his initial intention to leave, he decides to stay for her. However, living with the other eccentric residents of the forest, including a smoking rabbit, a sake-drinking unicorn, a near-sighted eagle, an orca that cannot swim, and a shy pegasus, poses a challenge to Uruno's goal of winning Chiiko's heart.
