On the Royal Wonder Planet, Fine and Rein, a pair of twins, are sent to the Royal Wonder Academy to study and become better princesses. However, the competitive and cold environment of the students and teachers makes it difficult for them to make friends. The twins' lives take a magical turn when they touch the legendary Soleil Bell, transforming them into Universal Princesses, and releasing two angels, Pyupyu and Kyukyu, to aid them in their endeavors. Unfortunately, their newfound powers attract the attention of an evil force that has taken residence in a mysterious painting, which seems to be growing increasingly dissatisfied with the twins' rise to prominence as Universal Princesses.
