Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei: Kyuuten-hen

July 2097. As magicians from every corner of the globe converge on Japan, the nation finds itself standing at the center of an unprecedented storm. At the heart of it all, Tatsuya devotes himself to completing "Seigyoku"—the Sealed Orb—a newly developed form of magic engineered specifically to counter the Parasites, a creation that may prove decisive against the parasitic menace. Yet danger is closing in from multiple directions. The New Soviet Union's fleet casts an ominous shadow over Japan, pushing the country toward the brink of open conflict, while the USNA military's elite magician unit, the Stars, has landed on Miyaki Island—the very place where Lina is hiding. With foreign powers maneuvering and hostilities mounting, a magical clash of truly global proportions is about to erupt on Japanese soil. Tsunaga Kitaumi, the artist behind the manga adaptations of the Enrollment, Nine Schools Competition, Double Seven, Yotsuba Succession, and Isolation arcs, once again brings the original novels vividly to life in comic form.
