Tensei Teido de Mune no Ana wa Umaranai

In this other world, the deepest longing within a person's heart manifests as their unique magic. Adepts—transcendent beings who wield this power while shielding humanity from the Evil Gods—are granted every privilege imaginable. Konoe's previous life held nothing but loneliness. So when reborn, he poured his entire being into a single wish: to become the most important person in someone's life. To make that wish a reality, he endured years of grueling training and ultimately earned the title of Adept—all for the sake of gaining the right to use forbidden love potions. The one who came seeking his aid was a golden-haired girl stricken with a terminal plague. Character Designer: Isshiki
