Yatsuhashi Miyako is the model class representative—conscientious, dependable, and devoted to keeping her classroom in order. Her disciplined school days, however, are constantly tested by the girl in the neighboring seat: Miyakonojou Reika, a classmate whose behavior is anything but ordinary. Reika's improper conduct comes to light when she is discovered to be attending class without underwear beneath her uniform—a scandalous breach of decorum that leaves her responsible seatmate mortified. With her reputation as class rep on the line and her sense of duty refusing to let her look the other way, Miyako finds herself squarely burdened with the problem. What follows is Miyako's earnest campaign to steer her wayward classmate toward respectable behavior. Armed with nothing but diligence and an unwavering commitment to propriety, she takes it upon herself to reform Reika into a proper, normal high school girl. But can sheer responsibility and good intentions truly tame such an unrestrained student, or will Miyako's carefully ordered world be turned upside down by the very girl who sits beside her every day?
