Kakushite Kisetsu wa Ao o Shiru

Natsuki Sano lives with a carefully guarded secret: beneath his ordinary high school demeanor lies an obsessive ambition to become a shojo manga artist. Convinced that revealing his dream would invite ridicule, he keeps his sketchbook hidden and his aspirations buried, navigating daily life as a quiet, unremarkable student. That fragile normalcy shatters with the sudden appearance of Hina Harumiya, a girl who defies every social convention. Clad in audacious anime T-shirts, driven by eccentric whims, and possessing a seemingly bottomless stomach, she is a whirlwind of chaos that Natsuki cannot begin to comprehend. From the moment they meet, it becomes painfully obvious that the two exist on completely divergent wavelengths. Every exchange is fraught with awkwardness, every interaction a testament to their incompatibility. Just as Natsuki resigns himself to a future of perpetual discomfort, Hina unveils a plan so audacious it borders on madness: she intends to land them both a professional serialization. The scheme she proposes is as unorthodox as she is, and its foundation leaves Natsuki utterly speechless. “How about we start dating?” she declares, turning their already tangled dynamic into a high-stakes gamble with no clear rules. What follows is a relentless, full-contact romantic comedy driven by the desperate urge to capture the essence of love on paper. Thrust into a runaway youth defined by Hina's unpredictable maneuvers, Natsuki must navigate a whirlwind of misunderstandings, outrageous proposals, and the terrifying prospect of turning his hidden passion into public reality. It is a story where the lines between fiction and reality blur, and every day brings a new, bewildering challenge to the heart.
