Aoi-kun wa Mukimuki Kanojo o Koutei shitai

Aoi has always dreamed of making it as a stylist, yet his own reflection gives him pause—his petite stature and cherubic features hardly command the respect he craves in the fashion world. When his grandmother presents him with an out-of-the-blue assignment, he finds himself face-to-face with his greatest professional test: Maju, a former wrestling champion whose towering height and powerful musculature make her feel anything but feminine. Tasked with selecting the perfect ensemble for her upcoming matchmaking party, Aoi must navigate a world of silhouettes and fabrics designed for a body type that defies conventional standards. Maju, for her part, is haunted by the very physique that once brought her glory, now fearing it renders her undesirable in the realm of romance. Thrown together by circumstance, this mismatched duo—one diminutive and delicate, the other statuesque and formidable—must bridge their differences to achieve the seemingly impossible. As they clash over color palettes and cut lines, an unexpected chemistry begins to simmer. What starts as a simple styling challenge evolves into a heartfelt journey of self-acceptance, where Aoi and Maju discover that confidence isn't about fitting a mold, but about owning who you are. In this charming boy-meets-girl tale, the most transformative makeover might just be the one happening in their hearts.
