A sadistic serial killer stalks the rain-soaked streets, leaving behind a trail of grotesque murders disguised as twisted forms of justice. Known only by his chilling frog mask, this enigmatic figure orchestrates elaborate and horrifying executions he refers to as "punishments." Each crime scene is accompanied by a macabre message detailing the victim's supposed sentence, ranging from being fed like a dog and experiencing a mother’s agony to being split evenly or preserved in eternal beauty. These calculated acts of violence transform the city into a nightmarish gallery where human lives are merely exhibits in a deranged exhibition. As the Frog Man continues his relentless spree, the narrative delves into the harrowing dynamic between those who hunt him and those caught in his web. The story weaves together the tense cat-and-mouse pursuit with deeply personal struggles, exploring the fractured relationship between a girl entangled in the darkness and the killer himself. Bound by tragedy and an inescapable fate, their intertwined destinies push the boundaries of morality and survival. Through its grim atmosphere and psychological depth, the series examines the terrifying extremes of human cruelty, asking what happens when punishment becomes art and justice descends into pure madness.
