Shoshimin - Shunki Gentei Ichigo Taruto Jiken

Kobato is a first-year high school student whose only ambition is to experience an entirely ordinary existence. Unlike the brilliant sleuths found in fiction, he has no desire to stand out or be recognized as a great detective. His singular goal is to navigate his school days quietly and modestly, keeping a low profile alongside his like-minded friend, Osanai, who shares his philosophy of living an unremarkable life. However, maintaining this peaceful facade proves far more difficult than either of them anticipated. Despite their best efforts to remain invisible, a relentless series of peculiar mysteries continually crosses their path. Whether he wants to or not, Kobato finds himself repeatedly drawn into these strange situations, compelled by circumstance and his own sharp mind to uncover the truth behind each new puzzle. Caught between his earnest wish for anonymity and the constant intrusion of unsolved enigmas, Kobato struggles to uphold his vow of mediocrity. Every time he attempts to step back from the spotlight, another baffling incident demands his attention. As the mysteries pile up one after another, he is left to wonder if he will ever truly achieve the quiet, uneventful life he so desperately seeks.
