Lilis of the Red Hair: Winds of Battle

Born with crimson hair and mismatched red and gray eyes, Lilis was destined to be the crown prince. However, bound by a royal decree demanding the death of any red-haired child, he was abandoned and taken in as a servant by Sephyria, the Queen of Wind Spirits. Under her tutelage, Lilis grew into a skilled mage. His life takes a dramatic turn when he accompanies Prince Kianarusa on a journey, discovering that he is, in fact, the true heir and Kianarusa is his younger twin brother. Hoping to escape the succession struggle by serving his brother, Lilis is instead exiled by the anxious king to the border town of Renant, which is under attack by mages from the neighboring kingdom of Tran. Despite being shunned as a monster due to his appearance, Lilis's pure and honest nature gradually wins over the people around him, forging loyal allies along the way. Amidst the conflict, it is revealed that he is the Shrine Maiden of the Fire Spirit King. Yet, the Fire Temple was dismantled three hundred years ago after its previous shrine maiden became a witch and nearly destroyed the nation. With no proof of his innocence, Lilis secures the backing of the Lord of Renant and sets out for the capital to restore the temple. However, the royal family harbors hidden motives and refuses to allow the revival of the once-powerful Fire Temple, while Prince Kianarusa wavers, fearing his own position may be threatened. Surrounded by political intrigue and constant threats to his life, Lilis fights to rebuild the temple. This is the chronicle of his battles in the war-torn land of Atlana.
