Douka Ore wo Hanatte Oitekure: Naze ka Bocchi no Owatta Koukou Seikatsu wo Kanojo ga Kaeyou to Shitekuru

The promise of love, friendship, and the thrill of youth shaped his expectations for high school, but his life there ended in solitude instead. On the day before the graduation ceremony, he tries to save his classmate Sora Hanamitsuji and is struck by a truck, losing his life. That should have been the end. Instead, he and Hanamitsuji awaken at the entrance ceremony for their first year of high school. Given another chance, he intends to let his second high school life pass quietly, without excitement or attention. Hanamitsuji, however, refuses to leave him alone. “I’ll help you get out of this,” she tells him, determined to change the isolated path he once walked. What follows is a youthful romantic comedy about the best and worst of a second high school life.
