Ten years have passed since the collapse of Shin Oktaro, leaving Frey to survive as a back-alley thief navigating the unforgiving margins of society. His solitary existence is abruptly disrupted when he uncovers a vital clue pointing toward the whereabouts of his long-lost sibling. This fragile hope, however, draws the attention of Koo Ilyeong, the enigmatic and powerful CEO of SNT, whose sudden appearance forces Frey into an unexpected and perilous encounter.
