Her enthusiasm for these spectacular shows runs so deep that she routinely declines after-work drinking invitations just to catch the latest television broadcast. Her apartment is filled with an ever-growing collection of DVDs, books, and figurines, all dedicated to the genre she finds irresistibly cool. Kano doesn’t merely watch these programs; she structures her entire worldview around them. She lives according to the moral code of her favorite tokusatsu heroes, frequently imagining their presence to summon the courage needed to overcome everyday challenges. However, maintaining this hidden passion proves increasingly difficult in her professional environment.
