Satoshi and Kakeru

Kakeru Arao is a self-absorbed host whose life takes an unexpected turn after a night of heavy drinking. While Satoshi Niizuma, a wildly successful yet eccentric author, is working a shift as a convenience store clerk, an intoxicated Kakeru accidentally flirts with him. This chance encounter sparks an intense, love-at-first-sight obsession in Satoshi, who quickly begins stalking the bewildered host. Thus begins a deeply unconventional and obsessive romance defined by their volatile dynamic. Whenever Satoshi starts to complain or push boundaries, Kakeru responds by sleeping with him until he is completely exhausted and unable to stand. However, beneath the physical intensity lies a much darker emotional reality. Satoshi harbors a troubling tendency toward self-harm and displays a complete disregard for his own well-being.
